Piano Meadows is a beautiful mountain top Conifer subdivision that offers stunning views and unparalleled  peace and serenity.  The neighborhood is situated at 8,600 feet in elevation in a large meadow high above town.  The roads in Piano Meadows are all dirt and after years of visits I rate them as well maintained.  Piano Meadows is wedged between the upper stretches of Conifer Meadows and it’s primary access is through the Shiloh subdivision from Richmond Hill Road which is a paved road until Shiloh Drive.  There is no public access to Piano Meadows from Conifer Meadows—the road is for wildfire emergency egress only.

Homes in Piano Meadows range from weekend cabin retreats under one thousand square feet built in the early 1970’s all the way through magnificent mountain estates, luxury homes eclipsing the million dollar mark in a large acreage community southeast of Piano Meadows referred to as Ropp Country Estates.  This is an acreage community with most homes on at least two acres while the northern phases which are referred to as Pinao Meadows Estates and Peak Estates are 5 acre properties and Ropp Country Estates are 35 and more acres each.
