Bear Park View Conifer

Bear Park View in Conifer is one of the oldest subdivisions in the Conifer area.  With a select few homes just west of and adjacent to  Kings Valley along US Highway 285, Bear Park Vista has 10 homes on varied sizes of home sites between  half acre and five acre sites.  Most of the homes in Bear Park View were built in the 40’s  and 50’s and have quick access to the highway.  Because of the early age of the development and limited survey technology in the 30’s and 40’s the streets, roads and driveways could be located in different locations than the plat reveals!  A survey would help clarify any potential issues.

Since Bear Park View has so few homes for sale at any given time I’ve included the homes for sale in Kings Valley in the search map as well.  If you only want to consider the homes in Bear Park simply consider the homes with Big Timber and US 285 addresses just west of Kings Valley Drive.
