A little good news in some otherwise bleak market news is that there have been a couple of sales eclipsing! the million dollar mark in Conifer lately! 11312 Belle Meade (in Belle Meade) and 133944 Pine Country Lane in Ropp Country Estates (a little known subdivision behind Piano Meadows) both sold in June for $1,275,000 and $1,125,000 respectively according to our local MLS (Metrolist).
