Conifer Mountain Music Festival Saturday Aug 1

Conifer is hosting it’s third annual Conifer Mountain Music Festival

Today, Saturday, August 1st. This all day event delivers the biggest and best outdoor music entertainment of the year for the Conifer and Foothills Communities. Aka Coniferpalooza or Woodstock West is at Beaver Ranch Open Space at US 285 and Foxton Road. (see the map to the Conifer Mountain Music Festival at the top right)

This is a big event for Conifer bringing in a reported 22 bands on three different stages!

Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for ages 11-17, kids 10 and under are free! This event is a production of the Conifer Area Chamber of Commerce with proceeds from the festival benefitting the Chamber and the “I Love U Guys” Foundation in memory of Emily Keys. There is also a food drive so bring a can of food!

The music starts at 9AM and starts to taper off at 7Pm.

I highly recommend getting to Beaver Ranch as early as possible. Close in parking is already sold out (which means there is no vehicle access to Foxton Road). So bring a bicycle and ride in or take one of the free shuttles from the RTD parking lots (and Conifer High School):

Directions to RTD Lot in Aspen Park

From US Highway 285 & State Highway 470, continue West on 285 Right on Taylor Drive, left on Conifer Road on your right hand side.

Directions to RTD Lot in Mountain View

From the intersection of US-285 and Mountain View Rd, head east crossing over Springs Rd, take the first left past Springs Rd into the PNR. (those are the published directions on the COnifer Mountan Music Festival site–but check out the map above to see the exact location of the huge RTD lot just a mile South on 285 from Foxton Road

Directions to Conifer High School

Address: 10441 Hwy 73. From Hwy 285, turn west at Hwy 73/Pleasant Park, follow Hwy 73 north for 0.4 miles, turn left into school. From Evergreen, follow Hwy 8.3 miles, turn right into school.
