Evergreen Meadows West is a wonderful community in Conifer, unincorporated Jefferson County.  The community of Evergreen Meadows West is ideally located, a 10 to 15 minute drive to the town centers of Evergreen or Conifer.  Easily accessible off of Highway 285 and 73, Denver is a reasonable commute from the wonderful mountain setting of Evergreen Meadows West.
